The state of Indiana, to the sheriff of Warrick County, Greetings:
Whereas: The state of Indiana on the relations of Christina Dietrick
recovered judgment against August Schlueter, on the 17th day of April
1874 in the Warrick Circuit Court, for Three hundred fifty dollars...
Three hundred in annual installments ($30 being paid in cash) Gerhart
Meyer? became replevin bail therefor on the 17th day of April 1874, upon
which there is due Thirty Dollars and 10 being the 8th installment with
interest, cents, principal and interest from date of this judgment and
One dollars and 04 cents, costs accrued to this time all without any
relief whatever from valuation or appraisment laws.
You are therefore commanded to levy the said sums of money, of the
property of the defendant and replevin bail, in your County subject to
execution, and have the money at the Clerk's office, to satisfy said
judgment interests and costs, and return this writ within one hundred
and eighty days from the date of the same, with your doings thereon.
