State vs. David Trisler & Abina Trisler
To any Court of Boon township Greeting
Whereas Peter Trisler hath this day made oath before me A. Baldwin A
Justice of the Peace of said County that he hath been threatened by
David Trisler & Abina Trisler will do some bodily injury to himself or
family or destroy his property & that he doth not make compaint through
malice or for mere vexation.
Where upon he hath prayed surity of the peace.
You are therefore hereby Commanded to aprehend said David Trisler &
Abina Trisler and bring them forthwith before me or some other Justice
of said County to find surity for his personal appearance at the next
Circuit Court to be holden in & for the said County and in the meantime
to keep the peace generally and especially towards Peter Trisler & his
family
